Michael Morris

Director of Operations

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Michael started his career opening of Olives restaurant at Bellagio Hotel & Casino with celebrity chef Todd English before serving on the opening team of the luxurious Wynn Las Vegas before launching the high-grossing Botero Steak at Encore Hotel & Casino with Victor Drai and Chef Mark Larusso. His relationship with Drai led him to Los Angeles, where he held positions at some of the city's most iconic nightlife destinations, from Drai’s Hollywood to The Hudson and DBA Hollywood. When offered an exciting opportunity abroad, Morris went on to serve as Operations Director for Global Hospitality Asset Management, which brought international brands like Catch + Bagatelle to Dubai and was then led back to Los Angeles for the launch of Catch LA before joining Boujis Group.
